Work

Start Forwarding Messages

What It Does

The /work command is used to start the forwarding of messages from the incoming chat to the outgoing chat. Once the command is issued, the bot performs system checks before initiating the forwarding process.

Prerequisite

  • Incoming and Outgoing Chats Configured: Ensure that both incoming and outgoing chats are set up using the /incoming and /outgoing commands. Without these, there will be no messages to forward.

How to Use It

  • Stop Forwarding:

    1. When you issue the /work command, the bot first stops any ongoing forwarding:

    2. "Forwarding stopped"

  • Performing Checks:

    1. The bot will take a few seconds to perform necessary system checks before restarting the forwarding:

    2. "Please wait for a few seconds before I start forwarding. Doing some checks...."

  • Forwarding Resumes:

    1. After the checks, the bot automatically starts forwarding messages:

    2. "Forwarding started. Send /stop to stop forwarding"

start the forwarding of messages from the incoming chat to the outgoing chat

Real-Life Use Cases

  • Start Forwarding at Any Time: Use /work whenever you’re ready to begin forwarding messages from the incoming chat to the outgoing chat.

  • Quick Troubleshooting: If forwarding was paused for any reason, issuing the /work command ensures that everything restarts smoothly after system checks.

  • Manage Flow: Toggle between starting and stopping message forwarding using /work and /stop for easy control over the flow of messages.
